Your privacy

At Scud we take your privacy very seriously and adopt every security measure available to us to protect it. Below we explain what we do with the data that reaches us through the website, starting from the premise that everything you send us is confidential. We do not share it with third parties, except in the cases provided for by law.

Who is the data controller?

Scud Cybersecurity S.L. (hereinafter “Scud”), with registered office at Avda. Josep Fontcuberta, 145 2.º 2.ª, 08140 Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona), Spain, and tax ID (CIF) B21840079.

Who does this apply to?

To users of the website or customers who, through this website, contact Scud by non-digital means (if you call us or write us a letter) or by digital means (web form, email or social media). For these purposes, users and customers are the people who provide their data when requesting information or a service, or who use the digital channels without needing to register.

What are the purposes of processing the information?

Essentially, so that you can browse the website and, where applicable, so we can manage the services you request from us. Occasionally we will use it to improve our services, for example by compiling statistics or analysing browsing results, but this will be data stored anonymously in the website’s analytics system.

What is our legal basis for processing the information you provide?

The legal basis is your consent when you provide us with this data, and our legitimate interest is being able to work or collaborate with you.

What data will we process?

The information we hold is the data you provide directly (this may be your email address, first name, surname, phone number…) or the information we obtain automatically when you browse the website, which is anonymised, so we won’t learn much: how long you spend on the site or which sections you like as you browse, but always in a way that does not identify your IP address, your user, or even your operating system.

How long do we keep the data?

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage the business relationship, and afterwards for the legally required limitation periods, duly blocked.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@scudsecurity.com, stating your full name and proving your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
